Humble Beginnings

Humble Beginnings

Landon Stewart grew up in a quaint farm town in Central, Illinois with his equally charming parents - his father, a church pastor, and his mother, a homemaker. Landon started his entrepreneurial journey at just 19 years old when he found internet marketing. Fast forward a few years, after his first couple attempts at business… he had zero success to show for it. He began to feel jaded towards entrepreneurship. Frustrated, he was on the verge of giving up, until he met…

Can I Get You A Drink?

Can I Get You A Drink?

Chris Stapleton (known as “Stapes”), born and raised in Connecticut, with aspirations to become a successful entrepreneur. But by 28, Stapes had a slew of unsuccessful start-ups that left him in debt and tied down to his day job as a bartender. He spent his work shifts day-dreaming about quitting his job, traveling the world with his friends, and making a global impact… but he didn’t have the right vehicle… until…

Two Worlds Collide

Two Worlds Collide

By 2015, Landon and Stapes had a dozen failed businesses between the two of them. They each tried to quit, but something about entrepreneurship kept them coming back for more. Even though they had yet to meet, they had a mutual mentor named, Mark Hoverson, who hosted a marketing event that they both attended in September 2015. At that event, Landon and Stapes quickly became friends. Within minutes of meeting each other, they were laughing and filming marketing videos together. But, what stood out to them most at the event was how impressed they were with…

The Renaissance Man

The Renaissance Man

Mark Hoverson, who at 25 lived in a trailer park with his pregnant wife and three children. By 30, Mark was running a multi-million dollar online business and was the image of a real life Renaissance Man. At Mark’s event, Landon and Stapes were incredibly impressed by the way he personally greeted each attendee, his incredible relationship with his wife and children, and how he had hobbies and passions that lit him up outside of business. Within moments of meeting Mark in person, Landon and Stapes saw a vision for the type of life they wanted to live.

Under His Wing

Under His Wing

Even though Landon and Stapes had never built a successful business of their own, Mark saw something special in the two of them and wanted to create an opportunity to work together. A few months after the event, he pinged the duo and said, “Hey boys, how would you like to bring your talents to the Hoverson empire?” Landon and Stapes jumped at the opportunity, and Mark began to mentor them both in life and in business. There was only one problem: Mark had Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer - the same type that killed Steve Jobs. “I’ve been told I only have 30 days to live, so we have to work fast”, he said. The first project Landon and Stapes tackled for Mark was managing his Facebook™ group of 2,000 clients that he had generated online. So, Mark began to teach Landon & Stapes how to speak, write, & rally a community.

Landon & Stapes Meet Jaden

Landon & Stapes Meet Jaden

It was also around this time, when Landon & Stapes met Jaden Easton who Mark Hoverson was grooming to become CEO of his business. Quick backstory on Jaden- when we was still in High School he generated over $500,000 through a blog and then afterwards became Mark's #1 affiliate for his programs. Anyway - they quickly became friends and began working closely together on Mark's brands... Landon & Stapes focussed on marketing and sales, while Jaden focussed on operations.

It’s Always Sunny When You’re Making Money

It’s Always Sunny When You’re Making Money

Fast forward 12 months, Landon, Stapes & Jaden revived one of Mark’s stagnate brands and took it from zero to over $1 million in revenue, earning them their first two-comma club award. At the time, you would’ve never even known Mark was sick. The three of them were growing Mark’s businesses, eating luxurious dinners, and playing sports together. Mark loved to say, “It’s always sunny when you’re making money”, and he was right, life over the last 12 months had been really sunny for the three of them, until…

The Loss Of A Mentor

The Loss Of A Mentor

By 2018, Mark’s health began to rapidly deteriorate. Within the span of a few months, Mark had lost nearly 15 pounds as the cancer began to spread. Once a vibrant, young man, Mark became tragically bedridden. Without Landon, Stapes & Jaden having the guidance of their mentor, Mark’s businesses began to deteriorate. Without revenue coming in, Landon’s & Jaden's savings dwindled, and Stapes sold his motorcycle to pay rent. Then it happened. In August of 2018, Mark Hoverson passed away. Crushed, Landon, Stapes & Jaden had no idea what they were going to do next. They each got day jobs to pay their bills and decided to step away from business for a while…

A New Era

A New Era

By 2019, Landon, Stapes & Jaden couldn’t ignore the persistent entrepreneurial voice in the back of their minds; they knew they wanted to get back into building businesses. They didn’t necessarily know where to start, but they did have one skill to lean on: they knew how to build wildly engaged Facebook™ groups. So, they started their first group in January 2019 called Social Media Entrepreneurs. Their goal was to teach others what Mark had taught them. In less than 12 months, they grew that Facebook™ group from zero to 18,000 active and engaged members, and made a few hundred thousand in revenue from a handful of small offers.

$1 Million

$1 Million

In July of 2020, the company crossed its first $1 million in revenue. Soon after, Landon, Stapes & Jaden bought their dream cars, moved into their dream condos, and Landon married his dream girl. Life became sunny once again. Of course, plenty of new challenges began to pop up on a daily basis, but because of the adversity they had already faced, Landon, Stapes & Jaden were ready to take on the world.

$10 Million

$10 Million

It took 18 months for Client’s & Community to make its first million, and just 24 months to make $9 million more. By July 2022, C&C crossed $10 million cash collected as a company. On top of that, the Clients & Community Facebook™ group crossed 44,000 active and engaged members. The Clients & Community team has also grown to over 20 incredible staff members, and hosts over 1,000 amazing clients… and the best part is, those 1,000 clients have now earned over…

$100 Million

$100 Million

$100 million. That’s not C&C’s revenue, that’s C&C’s client’s revenue - made up of hundreds of clients each making an extra $30,000, $50,000, even $100,000 per month from their Facebook™ groups. Clients & Community has now helped over 20 people make over one million dollars with their Facebook™ groups and that number continues to grow by 2-3 more each month. As grateful as Landon, Stapes & Jaden are for all the success they’ve had, nothing lights them up more than seeing their clients succeed at record-breaking numbers.

Today

What’s Next?

The first decade of Landon, Stapes & Jaden’s entrepreneurial careers was about setting themselves free. Now that they’ve accomplished that goal, the next decade is about setting their clients free. Their vision is to create the largest community of million dollar Facebook™ group owners in the world. Seventeen have been created already, and over the next 24 months, their goal is to add 100 more. Client success is what’s next.
